This is a great article about the characteristics of Gen Y. Remember: this is the very generation that has changed the entire political landscape. Obama's meeting with Google a few years ago, began the catapult to the nomination: 1.5 million donors (most giving online) later, he is on his way to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
